Important Notes
- Oil can separate from the product, if this occurs then stir thoroughly before use.
- This product can become very firm if it has been stored in cold temperature. Should this happen, gently bring back to room temperature.
- Thickness can be influenced by temperature. Cooler means thicker, warmer means thinner and more free flowing.

Storage instructions: Store in securely resealed packaging at a temperature max. 23 ºC, and at max. 70 % humidity in an area free of odours and infestation.
Cool, away from light, major temperature variations.
Instructions for use: Used for filling applications in confectionary and bakery products. Can be used from bucket or processed to desired texture.
Can also be used for covering applications when a softer coating is needed.
It can also be used for product coating, if you would like to make softer coating, product must be stored in the refrigerator after enrobing.
Heating temperature: max. 50 °C.
