Our dark chocolate compound is a type of chocolate that is made from a combination of sugar, cocoa powder, vegetable oils, and milk solids. Unlike traditional chocolate, which is made with cocoa butter, milk chocolate compound uses vegetable oils as a substitute for cocoa butter. This allows for a more economical production process while still achieving a creamy and smooth texture.

Stored in a warehouse that contains all known allergens.
Storage instructions: Store in securely resealed packaging at a temperature max. 23 ºC, and at max. 70 % humidity in an area free of odours and infestation.
Cool, away from light, major temperature variations.
Instructions for use: It is perfect for using in Pastry&Bakery and Confectionery segment: enrobing, panning, drizzling, bottoming, moulding.
Do not heat above 53 °C.
The product should be stirred well. For viscosity reduction we recommend adding emulsifiers and vegetable fat (according to the ingredients list) into the fully melted and homogenous compound.
