Ingredients
Method
1) Get all your ingredients ready and weighed correctly to save time later on.
2) Time to make your cookie dough - add your butter and both sugars to a bowl and beat.
3) Add the eggs and vanilla (optional).
4) Next add your plain flour and bicarbonate then beat until you get a cookie dough to the texture of your choice.
5) Decide on which choc chips to use (we suggest a mixture of dark and milk choc chips) then mix into the dough until evenly spread into your mix.
6) Split your mix into thirds then line your tine with one third on the bottom and one third around the sides of the tin to form the base of the cookie pie.
7) Gently melt in a microwave or pan our Cocoa King white hazelnut spread( or any other of our delicious flavours) then pour in until you fill your pie to the top. Be careful not to overheat!
8) Freeze the pie to allow the product to set for at least an hour - once set put the final bit of dough on the top to cover it and allow to set in the freezer again ideally overnight but for at least enough time for your over to warm to 175 degrees.
9) Once the oven up to temperature then bake for 30 minutes. Then allow to cool and refrigerate.
10) Decorate with kinder hippos and get baked sprinkles- or for something different use our cocoa king liquid sauces for ultimate indulgence poured all over or to dip your cookie pie into! Delicious.
